My name is Kristen Balke and I am a licensed Texas real estate agent. Born and raised in Texas, I have a deep love and appreciation for what the greater Austin/Lake Travis areas have to offer, and believe that there is something for everyone to love!
I am a passionate and hardworking professional who knows that providing genuine service is the best way to meet my clients' needs. My authentic and thorough approach to customer service allows my clients to feel and know that they are a true priority. I am able to combine my network connections along with estate of the art data tools, to deliver both an exclusive level of service to my clients as well as effective marketing strategies. By receiving detailed information at every step of the way, my clients are always well-informed in the decision-making process.
With a BS in Business Administration, I began my real estate career in 2000 in Asheville, North Carolina and created a successful business. In 2006 I moved home to be back closer to family and jumped into the real estate markets here shortly after. My years in the business have provided me the experience to assist you with nearly every real estate need resale properties, new construction/new home communities, lots/acreage, and investment properties. I am married and we live in Lakeway. My husband is retired Law Enforcement with Travis County and an Army Veteran. I have four children, my oldest son lives in Prague, Czech Republic, my oldest daughter lives in Madison, WI, and my twins that attend Lake Travis Middle School. We also have two rescue dogs, Flynn and Zoe, to help keep all of us in line!
